About the Studio

I am a graduate of Columbus College of Art and Design with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Film and Video. I have been engaged and have immersed myself in the world of photography, videography, and animation for over 10 years. I have had my hand in photo and video production directing my own video projects, producing, acting, organizing others’ projects, and working for video companies in Columbus, Ohio. As a director, animator, lead technician, technical director, and project manager on video sets and events in Columbus, I have led and directed film projects, concerts, and crews from planning to execution. My love for the visual arts began when I was young and has developed into something I am eternally grateful for - the ability to work passionately and courageously in creative fields.

I pride myself in discipline, determination, and truthfulness which I incorporate in all challenges I undertake. I am devoted to any project I put my mind to. For example, I became an Eagle Scout at age 16, a huge undertaking gathering resources and the community's help to build a bike path shelter as my Eagle Scout Service Project.

With my skills in building, production, lighting, audio, staging, and more, I started a Video Production business, Friend Studios, where I can thrive as an artist and work with other creatives to complete projects in a professional setting. As a business owner, I focus on film and audio production spearheading projects and leading large teams and crews on creative ventures. I write, direct, produce, animate, act, score and visualize projects from start to finish, always keeping myself and my team of artists to the production schedule and completing tasks in a smooth, efficient manner. Throughout all of my endeavors I have learned to trust the process and allow myself to learn and have fun in doing so.

I am well educated and devoted to the realm of photography, animation and film and video technologies and I will pursue this enterprise for the rest of my career. My creative path has allowed me to explore my imagination and employ my creative energy. I utilize my creativity and rationality together in order to work efficiently and productively. I am patient and willing to take time to make sure projects are completed accordingly. It is my dream to continue on this path working closely with an artistic community and towards a more colorful tomorrow. I am excited for the future and eager to see what creative processes I will encounter next.
